About Greenberg Construction
My name is Bruce Greenberg (owner and founder of Greenberg Construction). My wife, Jenefer, and I have lived and worked in Tehachapi since April 2004. We service all of Tehachapi, and all surrounding areas including Lancaster and Palmdale. As for myself, I have been in the construction trades for over 35 years, but unlike many general contractors what seems to make me unique is that I have hands on experience in many of the trades that make up building a home, as well as working in the commercial sector. Almost all general contractors know about the framing and foundations, but what about the plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tiles, masonry, and yes, even the planning stages? Even though it's true that these sub-contractors are hired by the general, it's nice to know that your general contractor has the same type of hands on experience as the subs they hire; so if anything does go wrong or if problems come up, the general can handle it without too much fuss.

I have a ranch property located in Sand Canyon, Tehachapi. In September 2009, I had Greenberg Construction built a 670 sq.ft. Game room studio, together with 340 sq.ft. deck. I was very satisfied of the results. Bruce is an honest and fair contractor; he honors what specified in the contract agreement, In 2015, I had Greenberg Construction did another project for me; built a 500 sq. ft. greenhouse for water garden. Again, I was very satisfied of the work done by Bruce and Jenefer. I strongly recommend Greenberg Construction for your next construction project.

Greenberg Const. did 2 projects for us - a 2 story deck retrofit involving heavy beam replacement & a house painting project requiring scaffolding. Bruce was professional, skilled, honest, fulfilled the agreements, and was openly available for communication. AND VERY IMPORTANT, SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD! I have no hesitancy in asking Bruce to do another project for us.

Greenberg Construction did an amazing job remodeling our Master Bath and Guest Bath. Bruce is honest, dependable and fair. Bruce is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Bruce and Jenefer for any project. We will use Greenberg Construction in the future.

I wanted to remodel four closets and add one where I removed that old out dated desk at the end of the hall. He did a great job as usual. Bruce does very nice work, I would recommend him. I have used him multiple time and have plans to use him in the future
