Dishonest about being licensed - bonded - insured or didn't provide proof after promising they would . No record of their business . Asked for check to be made out to her but invoice listed a company with no personal details info about name / license etc

Did half the job and abandoned it. Left me with an angry city inspector and thousands in rework costs.

In my opinion Tom Hoffman is a crook! We had a contract to do work at a certain price, he doubled that price and didn't contact me until all the money was gone, he purposely overcharged. Went over budget by over $100,000, I feel ripped off.

Poured a back patio and walkway that turned out great! It was a quick turnaround for a good price and they’ve stopped by to follow up days later to make sure it’s curing as expected. I would hire them again for concrete work.
