Deal with this contractor at your own risk. I recently sought JJ Papi Handyman perform some floor repair work in my home. After speaking with him he promised to do the job at a reasonable price, but I noticed that he very unprofessional in his conduct. after settling on a price for the job I asked Mr. Papi to send me a copy of the contract outlining our arrangement. After several day he sent me a contract that literally said, "Repair floor, install new floor, repair dry wall." I contacted Mr. Papi and requested that he send me an itemized contract stating the exact work that we had agreed upon i.e. which floor was being repaired and which wall in the house drywall would be repaired etc. He promised to send over the estimate but never did instead, his workers came to my home attempting to begin work. I told them that the work could not begin until we have a viable contract specifying our agreement. The worker went to his truck and contacted Mr. Papi moments later Mr. Papi sent me a text that said, "Find another contractor." This was after material had been purchased and that he had given his word to perform this job, needless to say this cost me time and money. Mr. Papi was the worst contractor to date that I have ever had the misfortune of working with, do your self a favor don’t be his next victim 😊 very unprofessional contractor, he cost me hundred of dollars. Mr. Papi made promises then at the last minute after all materials were purchased reneged on the job costing me hundreds of dollars, do you self a favor get a real contractor not this company :-)

Negative 1 star. Shotty craftsmanship, never once pulled the proper permits for any of the whole home renovation, refused to pay his workers who worked really hard on the job. Never once was he around to go over the project with we always had to go through his workers. I highly do NOT recommend this shady as hell old man to do any work in anyone’s home. He’s cheap, unreliable, and shady in all business practices. Too bad we found out too late. Hopefully this review helps someone else NOT hire him!

Very pleased with the customer service during the whole process and with the quality of work! All my phone calls were answered by a live person not an answering machine. I was given a free estimate. They showed up at the exact time they said they would for my job! They were pleasant, informative, did awesome work (and didn't let a little rain stop them :) ), and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks!
