I will definitely hire Building Solutions again! I hired Buddy DeLozier for 2 jobs and we added 2 extra ones because he had the time. All done so well! Plus, he notified me that he was running about 10 minutes late from another job, which I so appreciated instead of having to wonder if he was coming. Very professional and knowledgeable.

He stays on top of his appointments, shows up when he says he will From the minute he enters our home he is focused on getting the job done - works efficiently and effectively. He not only completes the jobs requested - he is able to assess what is needed, knows local codes and can suggest ways to make the project better. Buddy is always top on my list to call if I need work done in my home. His pricing is fair and the work is outstanding.

Buddy is amazing! His work ethic and knowledge about home inspection and repairs is top notch. He also is friendly, personable and explains things to the customer. First, Buddy did a home inspection & radon test for me as the buyer of a new home. It was very thorough and well done. He took the time to explain the inspection and show me how things worked in the new house. I was so impressed with Buddy that I hired him to do the repairs in the house that I was selling. The repairs needed included electrical, plumbing, roofing, and gutters. It was great having one contractor who was licensed and knowledgeable in so many things and could make ALL of the repairs needed. Buddy has a great work ethic, & he repairs things so quickly that his hourly rate is a great deal compared to other contractors. I highly recommend Buddy and would not hesitate to hire him again.
