J Q Painting

JQ painters, were hired to paint our two story, 32 units, apartment complex. The condition of our paint was in...wood rot stage. There were three bids, and JQ gave the mid range bid. We hired them back in 2010. I'm just now giving my review/remarks, because I wanted to see how well painting condition would be at a later time ( now, sept.2016). I can't say enough to express how professional, polite, and always, did exactly what they said, they would do. Our paint today is in wonderful condition, even the southwest exposure.
