About Us Since 1990, MCB Installations has installed over 100,000 replacement windows and doors in homes, apartments and condominiums throughout Southern California, and in recent years have added gutters to our repertoire. Our expertise is unmatched in the industry, owner, Louis Ottrando began installing doors and windows for various companies in 1985. He then joined Lowe’s companies as an independent installer in 2003. MCB Installations is not only an approved installer for Lowes companies, but has gained Lowe’s confidence by working with over twelve Lowe’s stores in Southern California. We are committed to providing our customers with quality. With quality comes experience, so we only hire experienced installers. MCB Installations uses only top of the line foam and sealants on all of our installations. We make sure every install is meticulous and that your job is kept clean throughout the process.
