I have moved a number of times before and I have always hired NBR. They treated my belongings like it was their own. I really appreciated how responsive and fast they were. My previous moves with other moving companies have never been even close. I received everything unloaded and unpacked right on time and everything was in original condition. They always charge very competitively and that only makes them even more worthy of hiring.

I am absolutely lost for words given how New Beginnings Relocation managed to handle my last move. They were on top of everything the whole way. It was so easy getting a quote from them in the first place. On top of that, the customer service was very prompt and friendly. The movers were just too good. They showed up on time with all the proper tools. They immaculately packed everything. Then the loading process went very smoothly as well. Even they delivered everything on time. I really can’t thank these guys enough for being so helpful.

The long distance was my biggest concern during this move. But I have to say, NBR took really good care of everything. The movers arrived on time. They were all very efficient and experienced. It took them just a few hours to finish loading everything onto the van. They packed everything very well earlier so my valuables could survive the long trip. I was given quite a long window for the delivery. But luckily the delivered everything on the first day and I could happily avoid sleeping in the sleeping bag. A few small items suffered a few scratches but it’s nothing major. Everything else traveled quite well. I will surely hire them again.

From start to finish they maintained their punctuality and provided me a great experience. They were always in communication with me so I wouldn’t get worried about their whereabouts. Before my moving day they confirmed everything by sending me an email. After the delivery they called me and checked to see if I was happy with their service. I must say my belongings were safely transported. And their piecing was very low. Overall it was a loveable service.
