Each time I made an appointment with this company they were a no-show. They finally told me on the phone that their company was "not a good fit for the homeowners in my area. They made it clear they did not want to work in a predominately Black area, regardless of how nice my area is. When I stated that I would report them for obvious racism, they said I had them confused with another company, even though I called them at the same number they had previously called me at.
