Praters did everything from helping us get permits to making design choices, and finding solutions to requests that we added along the way. We look forward to calling them back to do a 3rd project in the couple of years.

| Springfield lake build | Jul 2014 | We built a new 50' x 18' deck with a wrap around stair case on the back side of the house. A 14'x16' dock over the water to tie up boats. We demolished to existing boat house and build a new one to include a 50'x25' deck with the cable railing as not to obstruct the view over the top of the boat lifts that has an under deck roofing system to keep the boats dry. We also installed 28' of PL-31 sheet pile to keep to bank from eroding along with the installation of jet filter weep holes to allow for the release of static water pressure. We poured new concrete walkways. We also put deck dots for lighting in the stairs for safe use at night. | $74k | Springfield, IL |
