Today my ceiling was leaking water and my upstairs bathroom was super flooded. I called Pendyk Plumbing and Theodore was at my house immediately. He was very friendly, professional, and informative. He had my ceiling drained, my problem fixed, and my bathroom drying out super quickly.

Timely, professional, resolved our problem within 12 hours of placing our AHS service request.

I was referred to Oendyck thru my home warranty co . Choice home warranty. The plumber called on a sat to say they would be here Monday. They came , they were professional , They quickly resolved the problem and we discussed a future way to prevent it from happening again . They were Great. Thank you !!!!

Where do I begin? Well lets start with the fact that HSA and AHS forced me to be ok with this COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST company Their business email is tpendyck@aol.com (Terry Pendyck). Also the don't respond via email either. Their phone should not exist, because they have yet to reply to a single phone call. So long story short VA Beach builders were absent minded in 1990s and though well hey, lets put 40-50 gallon monster Water heaters in peoples attics, that way if the drip pan can't keep up with a messed up Water heater the homeowner can deal with 40-50 gallons of water running through walls and destroying their homes from the very top, and all the well down So after the above happened to me I had an independent company (ATOMIC Plumbing) * reputable unlike any of the contractors on AHS or HSA payroll* Come and do a 'trustworth estimate/invoice for replacement' all options including me BEING OK WITH PUTTING ANOTHER TICKING TIMEBOMB in the attic started at $2200 with labor and with a 6/yr warranty on the water heater <Enter the most unprofessional plumber ever Danny w/ Pendyck> Doesn't provide me a full invoice. Still hasn't provided me with an invoice Does not stipulate concern with putting water heater back into attic *does go out of his way to say that changing the structural joist in the attic because the water heaters they make now wont fit isn't covered under plumbing... Riddle me this how am I supposed to be forced to pay for it? Long story short... HSA & AHS home warranty companies hire buttcrack plumbers like Pendyck to protect themselves from having to help a homeowner put safe and reliable equipment in their homes. I cannot hire an independent contractor and provide the invoice to HSA for consideration or second opions. Only other D- BBB plumbers on HSA and AHS contract payrolls can quote work... Never ever use Pendyck for any work And never pay for a home warranty from HSA and AHS unless you want to be taken advantage of in your most desperate times of need!
