William W. Warwick IV is a Certified RCI - Cool Roof Inspector and Industry expert and trade consultant for using Cool Roof and other Nansulate insulating coating on buildings and roofs. Warwick Builders LLC has been the NRHA Roofing Inspector since 2009 and still has that contract today. We currently manage over 6 million sqft of roof annually for various government, military, Fortune 500, and Commercial Clients across the mid-Atlantic.
