| Vassar bathroom shower remodel | May 2014 | removed fiberglass insert shower with a simple white subway tile and glass tile border at hip level and a clean but simple chrome shower valves with matching shower floor tile to match new floor tile in bathroom. We also removed the rotting floor framing that was caused by poor craftmanship and replaced the floor structure with new floor joists and subfloor with new drain lines and water lines. Also giving the floor a little extra water protection in putting down tar paper before tiling the bathroom floor. In addition to the tile work we added a bathroom vent fan to give much needed air circulation to further prevent water damage occuring. | $750k | Visalia, CA |
