Poor quality of work….after 1.5 years the job remains incomplete (my siding is two Colors, custom cabinetry cut poorly and left as is, paint not completed, numerous cracks due to bad taping which he spackled and then left as is!) after receiving full payment. I also had to pay an electrician to redo jobs in two rooms because plugs didn’t work or the work wasn’t up to code. I still have a light in my bathroom that won’t work so need the electrician again. Owner refuses to respond. See similar review on the BBB website. Wish I had done my research.

My experience: Brian and his men did two jobs for my condo association in the past two months. The first was the replacement of all the decks. That was a spectacular success. They came when they were supposed to be at the condo and worked seamlessly to replace 28 decks mine included. I asked Brian to please make a slight adjustment to where the deck met the sidewalk as I am elderly and have previously had a "tripping" problem. He was pleasant, accommodating, did a great job, and I do not worry about falling when I try to get in the front door. Brian and his men kept the job site clean and relatively quiet ie: No Music The second job was a second floor window that was difficult to get to and a previously bad caulking job which turned into a badly leaking window. Brian and his crew ended up doing much more than caulking as in replacing rotted wood, a bit of siding, as well as some sort of vent above the window for the attic before actually being able to caulk the window. I could not be more pleased and intend to hire him on a personal basis for work inside my condo. Kudos and thank you, Brian and crew Alpha DAC.

Worst ever...Please do your homework and do not give this company and money until work is complete. 99% of the FB reviews are from the companies family. I would not even give one star but they wont take a 0
