NJ DeDecker Services LLc

NJ Decker Services completely rehauled my backyard and is now my oasis. We did a stamped concrete patio, ribbons on side of driveway, walkways to backyard and a new walk way to front door. Largest job was the 65 ft long - stone retaining wall that they put in! The attention to detail from Norm did not go amiss.

NJDeDecker Services did our sod and trees last year and we have had nothing but horrible service and communication. We had two trees planted in the front yard in August 2016. One of those trees died. I contacted them for a replacement and was told it would be replaced last Fall. Once November rolled around they came back and said the tree would not be replaced until Spring because it was too late in the season. On April 1st 2017, I contacted the company to get the tree replaced and did not hear anything back until May when Norm finally reached out and explained that his Project Manager had not been keeping up on projects and he would be coming in a few weeks. Finally at the end of June (almost 3 months after my initial contact) the tree was replaced. However, it is not the same species of tree and is not the same size tree as what we paid for last year. When I contacted Norm directly to get a new tree as it is not the same tree, I was told it was the same tree and have not heard anything back regarding this. So not only did it take them almost 3 months to put the new tree in after I contacted them, the work was not done properly and I have not heard back from Norm regarding getting this issue resolved. This is just ONE example of the horrible customer service I have received with this company. I can send more examples if any person reading this review would like more. I would think long and hard about working with NJ Dedecker Services Group.

Of all of the great qualities of NJ Dedecker Services, the number one quality they have is their customer service. Their owner is always available to help out and answer questions when needed day or night. The company is very friendly and they truly care about their product. I would recommend them to anyone and hire them again in a heartbeat.
