To locate unknown or potential problems, We recently had contractors in the house that flipped our breakers consistently and did some major damage to some of the circuits. Additionally, we started having power surges (which have never occurred while we've lived here) and we think that one of the grounding wires was removed. I would like a full inspection, we have all the outlets marked with which ones are ungrounded and what exactly isn't working. Just want to make sure the house is safe and find where all of these problems are coming from!
