The Fix-It Man

I was in a bind. Our oven was down. We had the new one ready to install but I was having problems because of the poor quality directions. Did I mention it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and we had 12 guests coming over for dinner the next day? I entered my information on the Porch application and my plea for help went out to three contractors. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Greg. I explained my situation and he said he'd be at the house within an hour. And he was. He experienced the same frustration with the directions and even called the manufacturer's service line. They said they'd call him back within 24 hours, so he was on his own. Greg had to go to the hardware store for some parts but was able to get the stove up and running for us and Thanksgiving dinner preparation went off the next day without a hitch.
