When we begin working with a new customer we are usually becoming part of a project that they have been needing or dreaming about for a long time. This partnership gives us the opportunity to find out the best way of accomplishing the goals for the work to be done. Much of our design work is done onsite so that we can review options with a customer instead of just presenting a plan to begin the work. We bring as many material options into the customer's homes so that we can see how they look in those spaces and under those lighting conditions. By fine tuning these choices we can achieve outcomes as close to, or more usually exceeding, those original goals.
