Handyman - Wayne, NJ
Craig handyman was launched in 2017 with the intent to provide homeowners in need of minor renovation and repair work in and around their home. Craig handyman is operated by Craig Frasco, who has been in the construction industry since 11 years old! Craig learned most of his craftsmanship from his father, Kevin Frasco, previous owner of Craig Custom Builders Inc., and from a handful of highly skilled subcontractors (masons, framers, trimmers, etc.) whom he worked for during his summer breaks from college study. His extensive skill set is unique and admirable and you’ll clearly see it in his workmanship. He’s looking forward to working with you on your next project.

Deckroom on the Lake | Apr 2018 | Our clients wanted to recreate their hot and sunny, worn-out & boring deck into a shady, watch tv, sit by the fire, listen to music and cook kind of space! Craig Design Build was able to transform this deck, through in-house design, that once had a dull atmosphere into an entertaining bbq party! The deck was reinforced where needed and extended all around with 2x10 pressure treated pine for added space and comfort. The deck boards and railing are Trex Transcend. We used cultured stone on the fire place with a blue stone mantle. The roof posts are 8x8's wrapped in pvc (kleer). The roof fascia and soffit are primed pine. The gable ends are designed with 4x4 cedar. The interior roof ceiling is knotty smooth finish tongue and groove pine and the perimeter is decorated with crown moudling. The deck fascia and stair case stringers, and risers are wrapped in Boral TruExterior. Every riser has two Trex led lights that illuminate every tread surely making the stairs a focal point after the sun goes down. | $50k | Wayne, NJ |
