Shure Touch, Inc.

A representative from Shure Touch, Inc. contacted me to schedule an appointment for an estimate for both an interior/exterior job two weeks in advance of my available day to meet with him. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up at my home after waiting for 30 minutes. Since no one from Shure Touch had arrived yet, I call the #813-434-1487 (the # on Shure Touch, Inc website). The representative that answer the phone (was very RUDE) said that he was not aware of the scheduled appointment. I provided him with the name of the person that I spoke to when I scheduled the appointment. Then he said, "let me contact him to see if he was on the way to the appointment and that he would call me back in 2 minutes". Again, no one ever called me back nor showed up to my home to give me an estimate. I would highly recommend that NO ONE use this company because obviously they are doing financially well that they can choose not to show up for appointments or need any additional business, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY.

I understand that the rain did not help, I guess I'd wish that they would of waited for better weather. The surface is riddled with what looks like spider webs because of the rain. Not a smooth surface, I pray it does hold dirt. We had a misunderstanding on the floor. I wanted epoxy and ended up with a oil base paint with flex.
