Moved in 12/16 and have a very nice landlord Lee Legerman who left the country for a big event shortly after we moved. Within a few days the small dishwasher broke down the garbage disposal stopped working and the huge LG washer smells bad. Lee recommended you A+ Appliance Repair as his go to repair place. I tried to fix the little dishwasher but found broken part and glass in the filter. Using clear helped get a little calcium out of the strainer but the parts were broken and other problems exist. The plumber came out and did what he could but thought it looked like things need replacing. I was told they would order a new garbage disposal the following day but did not hear back. The plumber that works here regularly is taking this week off. Please help.
