| Wrentham Addition | Nov 2013 | Multiple phase addition on an early 1900's home. We will be adding a dormer to the second floor to gain room in the family room. We will be expanding the kitchen and living room by pushing walls out and adding custom built ins for storage and seating. We will be adding a large room off the current family room and removing the wall to open the space up. This project will be a four month total from demo to paint. | $114k | Wrentham, MA | |
| Falmouth beach house | Aug 2013 | This house had a small four cabinet galley kitchen. We took out walls and a chimney from the kitchen area and opened the room up to the living room. The kitchen now has over 20 linear feet of counter top space including a peninsula with a gas cook top and down draft. The next phase was the master suite. We built a new closet and custom cabinets for storage. We also built custom cabinets to to store A.V. equipment on either side of the new gas fireplace. We finished off the master and kitchen with new doors and windows, as well as sanding and refinishing the hardwood flooring. We then moved to the exterior and put a new roof deck on the house, all AZEK decking and railings.
