A 1970's home received a facelift to the exterior while correcting structural problems with an existing sinking garage. Reconfiguration of the garage allowed for a better visual connection of the front entry and an expanded front elevation. The entire home was cladded with new brick with let-in stone features. The roof line was reconfigured with nesting gables. The house also received new siding. The interior expanded the laundry room/mud room and centered the foyer while expanding the space at the same time. A new two car garage was rebuilt and a front porch was added.

This traditional colonial home underwent an addition and a complete renovation to the existing second floor. The original colonial house now boasts a master suite with a private bath and walk-in closets over the garage, along with four additional bedrooms. The master suite is highlighted with a tray ceiling, large windows and french doors leading to a private roof deck with a decorative pergola. Prairie style details and horizontal lines further express the master suite. The master bath includes a dual sink vanity and a large steam shower. The balance of the existing second floor was reconfigured to provide four secondary bedrooms, two full baths, a central hall and space for a future elevator. The central hall allowed the existing stairway to be detailed with new wood rails. On the exterior the new front nested gables of the addition address the street, while the existing porch welcomes guests.

This former carriage house from the 1930's had two separate renovation projects completed over several years. The first renovation relocated the kitchen and family room to the rear of the house to take advantage of views to the rear yard. The new kitchen has a central island and ample work surfaces. Large expanses of glass allows for a bright and light room and a strong connection to the exterior. The new family room contains a fireplace with adjacent built-in cabinetry and high decorative windows. the former kitchen area was converted into an intimate den with french doors to the new family room. The renovation also incorporated a new decorative wood stair to the lower level that contains a rec room, a full bath and a laundry room. The second renovation involved the reconfiguration of bedrooms and the creation of a new master suite. two smaller bedrooms were combined into a larger secondary bedroom, while the new master suite now occupies two other former bedrooms. The new master bedroom has a deluxe master bath with a free standing shower and a separate tub overlooking the private yard.

This three story Victorian home received a complete exterior renovation, along with a new kitchen and a new detached garage. The exterior renovation added a large front porch with decorative columns and a stone base. New windows and siding patterns, common with a Victorian style home, were recreated to reflect the home's original grandeur. A screened porch was reconstructed and enclosed to allow for additional year round living space. A new addition provided a larger area for the kitchen with an island, a breakfast room and a rear entry into the house. This balanced the large formal spaces of the house with the new open casual living spaces. The project also involved zoning hearings to allow the additions to be constructed.

The considerable amount of attic space in this 1940's bungalow home was taken advantage of in order to create additional living space. By way of adding four new dormers, the existing was redesigned to include four bedrooms, three baths, a recreation room and an elegant two story stair hall. The first floor was redesigned to accommodate additional living space for family use and entertaining. The formal rooms remained unchanged while the kitchen now overlooks a new breakfast room. A family room is across a grand hall from the breakfast room and has french doors connecting the family room to the living room. The family room also provides views and access to an exterior raised terrace via french doors and over sized windows. The two story stair hall, with custom wood stair and rail, acts as the centerpiece for all of the living spaces. At the rear of the home, separated by an entry chamber, sits the new master suite. The suite contains the bedroom proper, two walk-in closets, a dressing room and a luxury master bath. The master bath has a whirlpool tub, a separate shower with seat and a long vanity. The exterior maintains and reflects the traditional bungalow style while incorporating dormers with decorative brackets and moldings.

This 4,000 square foot English Manor house sits majestically among a tree filled North shore property. The exterior combines brick, stone, natural stucco and a slate roof, along with a stone wall and wrought iron fencing depicting an English estate. A dramatic sweeping roof line is the highlight of the main facade. Guests proceed through a formal garden area to reach the front entry. Upon entering the home, a graceful staircase with artisan-crafted ornamental metal railing anchors the foyer. A formal dining room is immediately adjacent to the foyer, while a great room with a fireplace and flanking french doors is the focal point as you enter the rear of the home. Custom cabinetry throughout the kitchen and butler's pantry are reminiscent of an age gone by. The first floor master suite has a private patio and a luxury bath that includes a tub with claw feet and an over sized shower. The new dining room uses a box bay and window seat to open the room to the exterior. The family room provides a new fireplace and a large open connection to the renovated kitchen. The kitchen uses a large island as the centerpiece for both work space and entertaining. One of the two bedrooms on the first floor was converted to a den, while the other made way for the new master suite. The master bedroom has commanding views to the rear yard and access to a private deck. The master bath has a large separate shower, a whirlpool tub and a dual sink vanity. The foyer was increased in width to accentuate the wood stair. The main floor gained a separate breakfast room, laundry room and a screened porch. A large exterior deck was designed to take advantage of the views to the rear yard with access from the breakfast and family rooms. The second floor retained all three bedrooms. The exterior incorporates new dormers and a covered entry porch, as part of the overall renovation.
