| Hodges Kitchen Remodel | Jun 2018 | My crew and I were hired by Mr. Hodges to remove his dated kitchen and install new cabinets,appliance's and solid surface counters. We scheduled all the necessary subcontractors to complete the project in a timely manner. When I put Mr. Hodges project on the calendar I took personal responsibility for the project from that time forward. I pride myself in showing up when I say I will be there and finishing strong. That means coming back for all the little details, this is in my opinion the most difficult to achieve and also something I am proud of. An example on this project would be the last couple pieces of crown that showed up 2 months after project was completed. As soon as Mr. Hodges received the product I put it on the calendar for the following weekend. Not always easy to work on the weekend but that was the earliest date I could make work for Mr. Hodges and my crew. To sum up a few things that I think are important. I answer my phone or call back every time. I schedule everything. I show up when I said I would. I view this business as a people business. I am in the service industry and proud of it.
