Window Mechanics Direct

Very quick to respond to my posting and was able to get me right on the schedule. We are having a large event at our house this weekend and needed a contractor who could help us with the project ASAP. Mike was helpful, responsive, punctual and professional. Very easy to work with and I would recommend them for any job.

Windows Direct recently installed 2 doors in my outside porch. There were some challenges with the job prior, but Mike and his crew did an outstanding job installing the doors. They look great. When I came home from work, everything was complete to my liking and everything was cleaned up as if nothing was going on. Mike initially came to my house and he didn't pressure me or try to pitch me on something I did not want. He listened to what I needed and provided a fair and reasonable estimate. Thanks again for helping my porch look like a new room. Looking forward to having you more work in the future.

During the recent high winds, a large portion of our siding was blown off the side of our house. The siding was NOT installed by Window Mechanics Direct, let me make that very clear. However, they had just completed installation of siding on a house across the street from us, so my wife went and inquired from our neighbors the name of the company, which was Window Mechanics Direct. A phone call was placed and Mike stopped by our house. Although they don't normally do repair work, Mike made it a point to let us know he would help us out and get it fixed. He spent a LOT of time finding what he needed to do the job and to get it right. Mike and his son Matt stopped by for a day, did the repairs, which were quite extensive, and did an extraordinarily superb job. The side of the house looks better now than it has EVER looked. I was completely blown away as I didn't think it was possible to fix it and actually make it look so good. My wife and I were simply hoping it would look ok....it's way beyond ok. Window Mechanics Direct did everything they said they would do, no false promises, no misleading statements. They were exactly as their name says, "Direct", honest and professional. I would recommend to anyone Window Mechanics Direct in the highest possible way. This company, their people and the work they do is five stars all the way!
