Wendell John Johnson and Jessica Johnson took the money and ran. We paid in excess of $10,000 as a deposit for a $100,000 concrete job. Months later he said he would return the money. Weeks later "the check was in the mail". Days later he stopped responding to emails and calls. We have filed a lawsuit against Encore Builders, John Johnson, and Jessica Johnson. They move around to avoid their financial issues. They list several address as their business address. They include; storage locker, PO box, client house, and finally an address on Morlyn Drive in Stephenson, VA. Buyer beware! They may be looking for your money also.
