My family has used Posey Builders 3 times. We have used them twice for water damage and once for a roof. The first water damage was at our old residence. The Posey Builder's employee was Professional, friendly, courteous to us at all times and knew what he was doing. The second water damage happened at my current residence. My entire basement got flooded. Posey builders came a long way in a short time to help get rid of the water in my basement. If they hadn't arrived and got started as quick as they did I am sure I would have had to replace all of the drywall and wood trim and doors in my finished basement. Thanks to Posey Builders all we lost in the basement flooding was the carpet and the padding. The third time I called on Posey Builders I needed a roof inspection. The same storm that flooded my basement had caused damage to a few roofs in my neighborhood. Posey Builders inspected my roof and told me that my roof was in good shape. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. I assumed he would be eager to replace my roof since others in the area were getting re-done. I was impressed that he actually took the time to make sure my roof was safe instead of just trying to cash in on a possible easy insurance funded replacement. I fully recommend Posey Builders for any kind of work needed done around the house. I have Posey Builders programmed into my phone and they are the first company I will call when I need help at my house.
