Most of my business has been through word of mouth and I have many repeat customers. In 1994 I started working at NC States Carmichael gym as the maintenance coordinator. I did this for about 10 years . Through a friend of mine I was offered a job with a large home builder 'DR Horton' as a warranty repair tech. and a punch/repair person. So I gained experience working with most all the tradesman while they were building their houses and experience with the homeowners after they moved into their new home. The new homeowners had a 6 months and then another 1 year warranty. I met many, many homeowners and made countless repairs on just about everything that one could imagine. I loved this work. I had a good excuse to buy myself new tools also lol! Once the housing market hit bottom around 2008 or so my services at DR Horton were no longer needed once they downsized. So I went out on my own as a LLC. Through my contacts and many homeowners that I met over the years while I was at DR Horton my business as stayed afloat . I have been married for 30 years and have two grown sons that help me when possible. Mostly I do all the work myself and i am self taught. I have worked with all types of people. In my type of work it's best to hire someone local if at all possible. It's easier to get the person to come back for future projects or to correct something that was overlooked, needs adjusting or touched up. I like getting to know the customer and the customer learning that I am trustworthy and want to be sought out for future projects and im not out just to make a quick buck.

Greg painted a large fence for us. He was challenged by several days of rain but he always checked in to let us know if he was going to make it and he showed up when he said he would. I would definitely hire him again.

Toy storage | Nov 2017 | This is my 1 year old Grandsons toy storage that I made for him. I have built toy boxes for my children when they were 2 or 3 yrs. of age. I wanted something different, more user friendly for a 1 yr. old. This is what I came up with. The square storage bins are available at the big retail stores near you. It worked great.. | $350 | Raleigh, NC
built in cabinetry | Jul 2017 | Attention to detail was most important. Walls in the house were not level and corners were not square. I painted and added the hardware to match other décor in the home. It all took about two weeks to complete. This time includes three coats of paint and drying time for the homeowner to actually use . | $3k | Raleigh, NC
Bath remodel | Oct 2013 | This bathroom is in a homeowners basement. The fiberglass tub/shower combo was removed and tiled shower was added. the vanity, sink and toilet had to be relocated so that a pocket door could be installed. The homeowner wanted the toilet not visible from the adjacent bedroom while the new pocket door was open.[pictures coming soon] | $4k | Zebulon, NC |
