The workers in the office are all liars, when something goes wrong they throw the blame onto everyone but themselves. They will lie to the customers to their faces, so the client doesn’t drop service, or so they can charge more. Sedona for example has been told on multiple occasions that the beds will get treated and trimmed, but send a crew out to do a fifth of what was agreed upon, and then say that the job is done. Masterscapes only cares for the money and not for the client themselves. They treat the workers like garbage, by telling the workers all the things they do wrong, but have never done the work themselves. They will say all the things you want to hear, so either you keep working for them, or keep them as your service provider. As a person who has worked for the company for well over a year; I can honestly say if you have or are thinking about service take your money elsewhere.
