They built a railing for our home but after one winter it began rusting badly. The company owner came out, admitted the railing was not properly prepped and painted and would come out the following week to remove, fix and reinstall. He failed to show and when contacted, said he " wanted nothing more to do with this". Has not returned any further phone calls or emails. Didn't mind taking our money, though
