We have a puddle that keeps appearing on the ground next to the house. It never dries out.

Our house was built in 1969. We moved here in 1997. Every fall we noticed a faint sewer smell and the master shower would back up. We would have it snaked and the vents cleared and all was good for about a year. Over the past few years the problems seems to have worsened. Not only does the master shower back up but the other three showers in the house also back up regularly even after superficial hair clogs are removed. The smell of sewer from the drains on the south side of the house is constant now and obvious. We need the vents checked to make sure they are clear and if that isnt the problem we need the lines snaked and need a camera to check the integrity of the lines and diagnose the problem.
