My 24x24 garage has a poured foundation/floor (monopour) that needs complete replacement. It is on grade and slopes about 2 feet from the front to the rear. I need the foundation, floor and apron removed and replaced with a proper footer and block foundation, fill, floor and apron to code. The structure will need to be temporarily supported.
