I recently had the pleasure of working with this home inspection company when purchasing my first home, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. As a first-time home buyer, I was quite nervous about the process, but their team of experts made everything so easy and stress-free for me. They offer a range of services to ensure that every aspect of the home is inspected so we took advantage of all of their services. Their inspectors were highly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, which gave me peace of mind as I moved forward with the purchase. A few things popped up but nothing that scared us away. In addition to the home inspection, they also offer septic inspections, which was a huge relief for me since the property I was interested in had a septic system. We ended up getting a sewer scope inspection due to the cast iron, which involved inserting a small camera into the sewer line to identify any blockages, damage, or other issues that could cause problems down the line. They discovered a crack in the main cast iron pipe and asked the sellers to replace the line. We were able to have them provide half the amount up front of the total cost of the line replacement (approx. $2900). Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the services provided by this home inspection company. Their team of experts was professional, knowledgeable, on time and thorough in every aspect of the inspection process.
