My husband and I hired exceptional property services to tear down and rebuild a new deck in our back yard. After previously having a horrible experience with a lower priced contractor I came to the conclusion I will do my research before I my next contractor for anything! I was referred to ExceptionalPropServices.net from a friend of mine who had a basement remodel done last year. After checking out their website on a daily basis and researched the company I felt confident to give them a call. The work posted on the site expressed to me they really take pride in their work. I scheduled an estimate within 3 days of the phone call along with 2 other contractors back to back. Exceptional property services was the only company that was happy with installing a basic pressure treated deck. All of the other contractors tried talking me into installing Trex decking when all I really wanted was a basic deck! They provided a fair contract with fair terms and started within 2 weeks. They pulled a permit, called 811 to have the gas lines marked and worked with the water and sewer department to assure they didn't make any mistakes. Long story short the deck came out beautiful and YES I I'll be referring them to my family. I just signed a release so they can post my deck on their site. Thanks again property services

Adam and his team were absolutely great to work with from the very beginning. I needed a shower and floor replacement and repainting for a bathroom completed in a three week timeline. Adam called within seconds and scheduled an estimate within the next couple days. His team completed work within the next two weeks, giving me a week to spare. Exceptional Property Services did outstanding work, were very easy to work with, and most of all, responsive and punctual. They completed work on time and were friendly and open throughout the whole process. I'd highly recommend this team!

We had a Full bathroom remodel finished back in November. The work came out AWESOME. Very respectable men who work hard. They did finish a day late but I am not sure if it was due to the trim arriving late. We will hire Excellent Property Services to remodel our kitchen.

We had our bath converted to a shower. The prices at this place were better than most. We did have a VERY minor issue with the cold knob the company stood behind their product. They returned and took care of it the next day! The communication was great! Weather it was simple text letting us know if there schedule the next day to payment reminders they made everything at ease.
