Reinforcement of structural beams and rebuilding of the back porch roof structure. Installation of GAF Timberline® Lifetime Architectural Roofing Shingles, Felt Roof Deck Protection, StormGuard Roll Film Surfaced Leak Barrier, Cobra Ridge Vent Low Profile Exhaust Vent and Drip Edge. This project had some structural repairs as a small pine tree had been growing on the house and porch roof.
