Unfortunately, my experience with T&A wasn't good. I hired Tom to complete a bathroom remodel because my prior experience with him on another project through another company had been good. Without being too negative, I’ll just say that I can not recommend T&A for plumbing/bathroom remodels. I paid half of the total estimate to Tom up front, but after several ongoing problems - I decided I could not let him continue. I hired another contractor who found multiple serious problems - including some major plumbing issues - that ultimately resulted in having the entire remodel torn out and started from scratch. So the money I paid to T&A was simply lost - which has made this experience very difficult to forget.

Couldn’t have asked for better. Extremely professional and truly cared about providing a remarkable experience. Tom and Mandy were great about communicating with me and flexible to accommodate me. Very fair price and I look forward to working with them again in the future for further home needs!! Can’t express what a great and smooth experience this was! Very happy customer!!!
