I came across a dryer "repair" where Scott jumpered a safety thermal fuse, effectively turning a simple repair into a fire hazard. Fortunately, he left a 'repaired by' sticker on the dryer - after a simple search, I found his picture online and the homeowner identified him.

Awful he ruined my whole day. He came in was rude on the phone which should of listened to my intuition. He was phony nice and man handled and did more damage than anything. I would never have this person in my house ever again. I hope GE fires him from his contract. Like I said I can forgive and get what he did fixed however when someone damages something and than lies is what I have a problem with!
