I bought new carpet at Home Depot that came with free installation and furniture moving. Hom Solutions really does not move hardly any furniture. Drawers must be removed, beds disassembled and extra heavy things need to be moved before they arrive. They came to install my carpet, refused to install in one of the rooms and then walked off the job without an explanation after starting to remove the carpet in another room. After calling, they wanted me to pay for an asbestos test on underlying tile and glue that was not to be removed and had no timeline for this to happen. Meanwhile, my house was full of furniture in all the wrong rooms and a total disaster. They have no sympathy, nor any solutions. I hired my own installer to come the next day and then Home Depot refused to give a refund for the installation I had to pay for. Never use this company!!!!
