Wow, I'm sure glad I gave them another opportunity. Within 30 minutes of leaving the previous review I received a call from the owner Troy apologizing for the issue and he offered to come right then, he drove a hour to make everything good . Troy was very energetic and went to work trying to give me the numbers so I could get on with my evening. We ended up talking for a while and I decided to go on with the installation. Josh sent me a couple of drawing that were exactly what we had discussed and then we setup installation. Now installation day , 2 guys arrive 10 minutes before their appointment time and went to work. They did a amazing job, the combo awning with 2 colors looks even better then I had pictured. When all was done I did a very thorough inspection and found nothing they cleaned up and away they went. We ended up bbq...ing and enjoying exactly what we were hoping for from the cover. Troy, Joshua and crew....Thank you for your time and effort and it was a complete privilege working with you and for the two installers a very big thank you for doing such a good job I know you worked your butts off but we have enjoyed the backyard every day sense you put it up so you should feel very good that you made our lives better.

Scheduled appointment, salesman called tried to reschedule. I couldn't drop what I was doing and meet his schedule so he had someone else call and cancel. If they start a relationship like this what must the rest of process be. Terrible
