I contacted Fred Castro at IPS by e-mail after reading his reviews on Angie's List. He replied the next day and we made arrangements for him to see the job. Fred is very professional. We received an estimate within a day or two. Everything was clearly spelled out in the estimate. He and his worker were out within a week and the job was completed in 2 days. I checked the work after the first day and sent Fred an e-mail about what I noticed. He replied the same evening that he had already planned on taking care of what I was concerned with. When they left after the second day, everything looked great. We were home both days and any time they had a question or concern, they made sure to ask us what we wanted to do. When Fred went to paint the peeled white trim on one exterior door, he saw that the wood was actually falling apart. He gave me a couple of choices of what he could do and I agreed to have him replace the trim with vinyl. He gave me an estimate and bought the materials and did the repair. We would definitely use IPS again. Fred is a pleasure to work with.
