My name is Elizabeth Lee- back in 2005 known as Elizabeth Tirella- Goldstein. In 2005 I was a mother of soon to be 6 children. As I tried to prepare the home with new windows I reached out to Allentown Window Pros and while I didn’t have money, i financed a lot of money through you to replace my windows. About 7 years ago, I contacted your company and told them the handles were falling off, and they told me it didn’t fall under the warranty. Now 2020, finally have some money, i hired a contractor. And a fair contractor. Still conserving money, he told me to go to lowes and by the new constructions windows - running less than 200 a piece. As we started the work he showed me that your company never used the flashing tape around the windows and that contributed to water leaks. So for $18.00 a roll he is replacing the windows and installing them correctly. After believing I did the right thing by hiring a window “ PRO” i realize that your company overpriced and poorly installed windows that have been falling apart for the past 15 years and your company was just taking advantage of a single mom with 6 children. Do you know how much that money could have helped me raise my children? Now at 53 years old, all the children grown, i can absolutely tell you how appalled I am that i trusted your company. I don’t know quite know how you sleep at night, but if you want your crappy windows back, before the dumpster halls them off, please let me know.
