I engaged into a contract for this company to install a solar unit and after several months of runarounds I finally asked Kirk Francis to either perform the project or refund my deposit. Partial refund was received but after several more calls to Mr. Francis he has repeatedly ignored me and I want my refund. So far I have found this company to be unreliable and bordering RIP OFF.
