Working with Amy Smith was actually a blessing in disguise ..... In that we didn't "choose" her out of a long list of realtors in the area, she happened the be the agent of a listing we wanted to see. (That particular listing wasn't right for our needs) but that didn't deter Amy in the slightest. We were relocating from central Florida and had "very specific" needs 😉....ok actually they were "very specific" wants. Amy took these "wants" very seriously and worked very hard, long days and nights with me as my husband travels until we found EXACTLY what we wanted. (Which didn't take long). Then she showed us her fierce negotiation skills..... Because that's what it always comes down to ! Needless to say we bought our dream home on the beach, and I've made a life long friend.
