Worst costumer service ever. When you prove them wrong on all their excuses, they lie and say you have too much trash. Sad that I’m going to have to get a camera to prove how much they lie .

Seems they have no communication there. They destroy your trash cans and leave them in middle of street for car accidents to happen. You call no body know who to turn in complaints to, if there is such a person even. Guys on trucks are rude. They let trash fall on ground, then just leave it there to blow into everyones else's yards and ditches. This is the worse residential trash pick up service, I have ever seen, and I am older. This is the City's service and they are awful! Why even take the trash out if the trash service is going to leave a mess with it. Then they try and turn it into your fault when you call in, so that is no use either. Don't waste your breath for crappy service you pay for!
