Davison Water Well Service

I would give them no stars if I could. They totally ghosted me when I wanted a water softener put in for my well house. Very nice up front boasting about their service and why I should go with them etc then never showed up to test my water. The girl in the office did call to say he couldn't make it and would be out the next day then nothing not even a courtesy call. I then called a good week or more later and was told by the girl in the office she would let him know I called and would give me an answer as soon as she talked to him. Again not even a courtesy call saying hey we just can't do it. I am not impressed with this company nor what they say on their website. I went with another company that I called on a Friday and on that Tuesday the job was done. Better price and these people's company is also a family owned business that has been around many years. I also payed for a maintenance contract and they come out and bring the salt for the softener and inspect the softener so we don't have to do a thing. Now thats good business. I could never recommend Davison based strictly on their customer service. Customer service is EVERYTHING!!!
