Customer Service is, I will say, very kind and sweet. That being said, their Tech Support is dishonest and deceptive. I've 3 years of accumulated data and records to verify this if anyone requires further evidenceof this. They misrepresent their service speeds and quality greatly, to the tune of 15% in some cases I have found. Extremely high prices: 3mbps for $50/mo, 10mbps for $100/mo. Unfortunately, there is NO alternative so they actively advertise themselves as the "leading provider" in the area, when in reality they're the SOLE provider in the area. Relatively constant/consistent packet loss ranging 5%-7%. Best achieved rating at dslreports.com = "D-". I have spoken with other customers that were convinced that this company massively oversell their bandwidth, leading to frequent DNS Resolution issues to cite just 1 example. However, I have been unable to verify this yet myself.
