| The Refuge | Jun 2015 | Exterior painting of residential cottage in Ocala National forest at "The Refuge" a private residential rehabilitation facility. We stained all the barewood porches with walnut semi transparent stain (approx 1000 sq ft) including tongue and groove ceilings. We painted the entire exterior(1800 sq ft) a two color gray body and off white trim. The paint cost was approximately $450 and we completed the job in 4 days including dry times for the different services. We prepared all the surfaces with cleaning and appropriate paper and taping to protect adjacent surfaces. We will be completing another 5 cottages on the property this July. | $2k | Ocklawaha, FL |
