We paid up front for a long term service agreement on our residential heat and air unit. Wayne provided service for approximately a year and then abandoned us. After multiple attempts over an 11 month period to get Wayne to service our account we finally gave him an ultimatum of either honoring our contract or giving us a prorated refund. He chose to breach the contract and refused to give us a refund. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and the AZ State Registrar of Contractors. BUYER BEWARE!
