Today Matt installed a AC unit and condenser . Matt was neat /clean respectful and formative . He installed complete start to finish. AAA+ Job. Yes hes coming back when i need my annual maintenance.

My tankless heater stoped work because of error code which I couldn’t erase,I called Paragon for help. Technician Krzysztof came fixed the problem and explained everything.Very good and friendly service.

Paragon Mechanical installed a high efficiency boiler for our hydronic radiant heating system. Kevin came out to the house before providing a quote and explained the process in detail. We got a few other quotes and price was competitive. Doug did the installation (which took two days) and did a great job. He knows his stuff. We had a slight issue right after installation and they diagnosed the issue over FaceTime and were back out in no time and it's now working like a charm and the basement is cozy warm. Great customer service and very happy with the work.
