The owner is arrogant and rude. While his company's workmanship might be excellent on a consistent basis, I would rather choose another professional who cares about his customers and respects them. I thought it was possible that he was only rude to his female customers, but my husband was treated rudely as well. It is unsettling to spend $8,000 on floors and then receive a text from the owner intended for someone else in which he calls you a word that means "female dog". I have never experienced anything like this as a consumer nor has my husband. "Upsetting" is putting it mildly. The owner comes out once to assess your hardwood flooring needs, gives you a price and then that is it. If you find that you need any support or help from him, you are out of luck as he only sends out his "crew" after that. It is difficult to explain to an individual(the worker who stained did not speak English well) if you have concerns or are unhappy about the color of stain, etc. If this happens, a customer would obviously need to contact owner but it was not well received and difficult to communicate with him. The owner is never wrong....if there are any issues, they certainly would never be or could be his fault. He thinks of himself as the "Hardwood Flooring God of the Memphis area".......I am so sorry we gave him our business and our extremely hard earned money. He needs a crash course in customer service skills.

A true professional! Danny the owner, helped us when we were in a bind, and provided us next day service when another contractor failed to provide services. His team completed the job to highest standard possible, exceeded our expectations. An absolute masterpiece, and I would highly recommend. Completed repair, sand, stain and 3 coats in 2.5 days. Has the talent and equipment to handle any job. Took my per go looking hardwood floors and turned them into a high quality, top dollar improvements at a great cost.
