Horrible experience. They said they could fix our furnace instead of replacing like another quote we got. They said they fixed furnace but when winter came and furnace was used it did not work at all. Ended up replacing it after all (not with them) and work they did was total waste of 2,000$. They also do not receive feedback when you are unhappy with their work. They did furnace exhaust out our chimney but did not hide or secure it. When asked to fix they said they only do code work, ok but exhaust not even secure I am sure this is not up to code. Then threatened me to take a lien on our house if we did not pay for the work we were not happy with AND the furnace work they did that did not even work in the end
